Synopsis: 

In 1921, Shanghai, a homicide killer Ping (Chow Yun Fat), killed over two hundred gangsters all at once. He created his own district, named “Peace Hotel”. Since then there was an unspoken rule: Whoever got into trouble can get into the hotel, no one could lay his hard on that fugitive.
